Gas Purification Solution
UHP Technologies provides complete purification solution for point of use and on-site Bulk gas purification for applications like Semiconductor and PV solar industry.
Bulk gas purification is divided into two stages, Primary purification, and Secondary purification.
Primary Purification
Primary purification ensures high-purity gas filtration, removing contaminants and enhance the efficiency of systems. It refers to onsite purification from Commercial grade gas to 4N /5N grade.
Typically, high concentration of Hydrocarbons, Oxygen and Moisture contamination are focused in the primary purification. Fail safe operation is assured with redundancy and 100% automation. Relevant analysers are used to monitor the outlet purity of the gas. Typically such installations include skid based purifiers.
Secondary Purification
We use wide range of Entegris purifiers for secondary purification. These purifiers are used to achieve purity more 5N grade. (6N to 9N range subject to impurities in feed gas) Entegris’ gas purifiers are designed to provide a high level of gas purity by effectively removing
impurities such as moisture, oxygen, hydrocarbons, and other particles that can negatively impact the manufacturing process and the quality of the final product. These purifiers typically use a combination of filtration and adsorption technologies to achieve the desired level of gas purity. They help ensure that the gases used in various processes meet stringent purity requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of semiconductor fabrication and other high-tech manufacturing applications.
Point of use purifiers
Point-of-use (POU) gas purification ensures consistent and repeatable process performance, isolates critical process areas from house gas distribution systems, and protects against gas purity upsets and cross contamination.
Provides the most complete removal of impurities for rare gases, nitrogen (N2), and hydrogen (H2), with high reliability, low cost, and high performance.
